Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Management
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
• Team Leadership
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Cost Management
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective maintenance operations
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements
• Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or facilities management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
