Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute experiments to test and validate new technologies
• Conduct on-site and off-site testing and evaluation of equipment and systems
• Analyze and document experimental results, including statistical analysis and data visualization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services
• Support the production team during the product launch phase and troubleshoot technical issues

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in experimental engineering or a related field is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in English and German
