Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Shiji Group. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Definition: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Requirements Management: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, and ensure that these requirements are accurately reflected in our product backlog.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed of product progress.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our product development processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of product development processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.
