We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer to join our team at SV SparkassenVersicherung. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our sales partners, focusing on private insurance products and sales strategies.

• Design and deliver training programs for sales partners, including face-to-face, online, and blended learning formats.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to enhance sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of training programs.
• Support the development and maintenance of digital learning content on our company's learning platform, LEOS.
• Contribute to the creation of new training programs and materials, ensuring they meet the needs of our sales partners.
• Act as a liaison between sales teams, product development, and marketing to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Relevant education in insurance or business, with a strong understanding of private insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage sales partners.
• Experience in training, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
