Main Responsibilities

  • Design and build high-quality rally and endurance transmissions and differentials for rally, race, and test cars.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that all transmissions and differentials meet the latest technical standards.
  • Take responsibility for the preparation, setup, and modification of race and test car transmissions and differentials in the factory and on events.

Requirements

  • Experience as a car mechanic or motorsport technician with a background in endurance and rally racing, particularly with 4-wheel drive transmissions and rear differentials.
  • Ability to work on high-quality transmissions and differentials to tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent technical skills, demonstrating responsibility, reliability, and an independent working style.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
