Executive Chef

Job Summary

Solua GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating menu production, ensuring high-quality dishes, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes, including Chinese cuisine
• Coordinate and prepare menu production, including inventory management and ordering supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve menu goals and objectives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a cook or sous chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Proficiency in Chinese cuisine and menu planning
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
