Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the success of our Feeding Technology product lines within Factory Automation SBU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay current on industry developments, new technologies, and market trends to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for Feeding Technology that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and complete product development and innovation initiatives.
- Define innovative product requirements and specifications based on market insights, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning strategies, and sales enablement materials.
- Supervise product performance and key metrics, and iterate on strategies to optimize product success and profitability.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned product lines, providing mentorship and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively, capable of excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting to achieve desired outcomes.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, ability to manage complexity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence partners at all levels.
- Global perspective and customer focus, ability to prioritize effectively to achieve superior value creation.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Customer or supplier-facing experience is a strong plus.
- Past experience in working for a large matrix organization.
