We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Flughafen München GmbH as a Senior Construction Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Development: Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and develop creative, feasible, and cost-effective solutions for large-scale construction projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope, utilizing project management tools to ensure efficient execution.
  • Planning: Develop planning concepts and solutions based on client needs, tender documents, and performance specifications for construction and delivery services.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct on-site inspections and quality control, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Delivery and Documentation: Ensure timely handover of completed projects to clients, maintaining accurate project records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex construction projects, with expertise in project management, planning, and site supervision.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and MS Office, with proficiency in German and English languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
