Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement and management of our internal IT services.


Key Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management
    • Operate and develop our internal IT systems, ensuring maximum availability and top-notch information security.
  • Pipeline Development and Automation
    • Implement pipelines and automate tasks to streamline our IT processes.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of system and infrastructure management, including Linux server administration, networks, storage, data backup, virtualization, containers, monitoring, and databases.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless IT operations and effective communication of technical information.


Requirements

  • Technical Skills
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux server administration.
    • Basic technical knowledge across the entire technology stack.
    • Experience with automation tools like Salt, Scalr CMP, GitLab, and CI/CD.
  • Language Skills
    • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong service orientation, quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset.
