Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Transformation Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead local fit-gap analyses and data cleansing initiatives to ensure seamless integration with our global SAP S/4HANA system
  • Design and execute Cut-Over strategies, focusing on data migration and roles setup, to ensure a smooth transition
  • Develop and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects, working closely with regional and segment-specific teams
  • Utilize expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 with a focus on FICO and MM, to drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive complex projects forward, leveraging strong communication and project management skills

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in large international companies
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4, with a focus on FICO and MM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with German or other language skills a plus
