About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Pharmaserv GmbH. As a Service Technician for Electrical and Mechatronic Systems, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of electrical and mechatronic systems, as well as perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Provide customer-focused service, including project management and solution development.
- Plan and execute customer projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, cost planning, and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
- A degree in an electrical or mechatronic field, with a relevant certification or training.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or familiarity with GMP guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent service orientation and high level of commitment, including flexibility to work outside regular hours.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and good knowledge of the local area.
