Ihre Aufgaben
  • Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Payroll-Spezialisten, der die Entgeltabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis erstellt und die Personalstammdaten sowie die Zeitwirtschaft in SAP pflegt.
  • Als Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeiter und Vorgesetzte agiert er/sie bzgl. Fragen rund um das Thema Entgeltabrechnung.
  • Die Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Versicherungen, Ämtern und Behörden gehört zu seinen Aufgaben.
  • Er/sie erstellt Auswertungen und arbeitet an der stetigen Prozessoptimierung mit.
Ihr Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist erforderlich.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen ist für uns selbstverständlich; Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil.
  • Wir suchen einen selbständigen und präzisen Mitarbeiter, der sich in der Payroll-Branche auskennt.
