Accounting Manager

Ampacet Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Dudelange, Luxembourg.
Job SummaryThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for controlling the financial statements for accuracy and completeness, preparing the accounting part of the financial comments, and analyzing the general accounts as well as cost accounting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the monthly and yearly financial statements, the Profit & Loss account, the Balance Sheet, and the Cash flow statements.
- Check the Capital Expenditures monthly.
- Perform analyzes on cost accounting matters, on general accounts, selling prices, and key account customers.
- Work in collaboration with the ERP team to improve the system, install new applications/modules, and maintain the database.
- Prepare and revise procedures and processes.
- Manage all internal and external Audits.
- Prepare and manage Annual Financial Statements for All European entities and Impairments calculation.
- Work on other special projects, such as production transfer from one site to another, fixed assets, improvement of inventory count, spare parts, and cleaning Address Book.
- Manage a small team of accountants.
- Master's degree in Finance.
- At least 8 years' experience in a similar position in the industrial sector in a multicultural environment.

- Fluency in English and French.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent command of computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and proficiency in JDEdwards.
- Proficient at developing relationships with employees, peers, and external consultants.
- Ability to see the overall picture.
