Developer Documentation and Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Developer Documentation and Content Creator to join our team at Text Control. As a key member of our product teams, you will play a crucial role in improving our technical developer documentation and API reference.

A well-organized and clear documentation is essential for the success of our libraries. Our goal is to provide developers with an interactive experience to guide and educate our users.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Write clear, educational, and easy-to-read documentation for our developer audience.
  • Develop code samples and tutorials to provide users with an interactive experience with our components.
  • Build and maintain a streamlined documentation process in our development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams, product management, marketing, and customer success managers.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of our central documentation hub.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Experience in writing documentation (API reference, getting started guides, tutorials).
  • Experience in writing code examples (C#, JavaScript, or any other).
  • Native English speaker is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, inquisitive, and persistent.
  • You enjoy working in small, dedicated teams.
