About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our DMC Division in Hattersheim am Main. As an Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales and customers in the execution of projects, developing optimized technical solutions, and testing and documenting innovative concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions for variable frequency drives, considering commercial limitations and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate new products and solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and solutions, leveraging your knowledge and experience in industrial automation.
  • Document and share innovative solution concepts with colleagues across the world.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial automation, with a focus on drive technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-oriented approach, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills, with additional languages an advantage.
