Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft für unsere Abteilung Finanzen und Buchhaltung. Die idealen Kandidaten haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium und bringen Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Finanzbuchhaltung sowie in der Optimierung von internen Prozessen mit. Sie sind verantwortlich für das Rechnungswesen, die Planung und Durchführung von Jahresabschlüssen, die Projekt- und Finanzbuchhaltung sowie die Erstellung von Quartalsberichten. Die Abteilung besteht aus 14 Mitarbeitenden, davon zwei dem Rechnungswesen zugeordnet. Hauptherausforderungen
  • Verantwortung für das Rechnungswesen mit zwei Mitarbeitern
  • Planung, Durchführung und Koordination der Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Projekt-, und Finanzbuchhaltung und Erstellen von Quartalsberichten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Finance
  • Optimierung von internen Prozessen im Zuge der Digitalisierung der GOPA AFC und auch der GOPA Consulting Group
  • Betreuung und Überwachung unserer Tochtergesellschaften und Betriebsstätten im Ausland
  • Erstellen von steuerlichen und statistischen Meldungen
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter, Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB (Konzern- und Einzelgesellschaft)
  • Fachkenntnisse und Berufserfahrung in einem international agierenden Unternehmen in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit und systematische Vorgehensweise
  • Führungskraft als auch Teamplayer, mit der Fähigkeit andere zu begeistern, mitzunehmen und zu motivieren
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Konsolidierungstools und ERP-Systemen
