A-ROSA Kreuzfahrten is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced chef to work in our kitchen. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and arranging dishes for the restaurant in accordance with the A-ROSA food concept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and arrangement of dishes for the restaurant in accordance with the A-ROSA food concept
  • Setting out, removing and decorating the buffet
  • Mise-en-place and assistance in all areas of the kitchen

Requirements

  • Completion of vocational training as a chef
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of products that meet international standards
  • Experience in four-star buffet category
