Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for monitoring threat detection systems and managing initial responses to cybersecurity incidents. This involves developing and implementing security operations policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational security objectives.


In this role, you'll provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on complex security issues and stay current on emerging threats and industry trends to enhance the organization's security posture. You'll also foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on security operations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Experience with SIEM systems, Endpoint Detection & Response systems, or other intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are a plus.
