• You will be responsible for ensuring the proper and timely dispatch of incoming and outgoing shipments, including the creation of all required shipping and customs documents
• You will be responsible for handling export orders and air freight export shipments from receipt to delivery
• You will assist in handling complaints
• You will handle correspondence with customer companies, both in writing and by phone

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a logistics specialist, freight forwarder, or wholesale and foreign trade merchant
• Knowledge of air freight export
• Experience with warehouse management and customs systems is desirable
• Good MS Office skills
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
