Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integrated, consistent, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet customer and business expectations and agreements.
  • Work with Uniper's IT internal and external suppliers in the lifecycle management process to ensure the stability of related IT applications and infrastructure.
  • Liaise directly with the Uniper business to understand service requirements and ensure strong relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Aptitude to understand the impact of changes from a technical and business point of view.
  • Develop and maintain automation platforms.
  • Coordinate solution delivery alongside agile sprints and over the full life cycle.
  • Collaborate with other areas on digitalization and automation.
  • Quality assurance of delivery, test preparation, and execution, including UAT support and operational enablement.
Your Profile
  • IT Consultant with technical and functional skills and with professional experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure (IaaS/PaaS), in CI/CD tools like GitLab, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience with container virtualization, especially with running containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with agile delivery processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.
  • Scripting skills via Python and/or BASH for use in automation of daily tasks would be a plus too.

  • Very strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Very good inter-personal and verbal/written German and English communication skills (Chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, preparing and sharing outcomes).
  • Ability to work well in and with teams of different nationalities and cultures based in different locations.
