Debt and Equity Capital Markets Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt and Equity Capital Markets Specialist to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Deal Advisory department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on debt and equity capital markets transactions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debt Capital Markets: You will be responsible for advising clients on debt capital markets transactions, including bond issuances and other debt-related activities.
  • Equity Capital Markets: You will also be responsible for advising clients on equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, and other equity-related activities.
  • Transaction Support: You will provide support to clients throughout the transaction process, from initial planning to execution and post-transaction activities.
  • Strategic Advice: You will provide strategic advice to clients on debt and equity capital markets transactions, including identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

  • Education: You must have a degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Experience: You must have several years of experience in debt and equity capital markets, including experience in transaction support and strategic advice.
  • Skills: You must have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: You must be fluent in German and English.
