Your Profile:

• Background in a healthcare profession, with a strong foundation in patient care and well-being
• Completed or ongoing studies in healthcare education or a related field, with a focus on pedagogy and adult learning
• Excellent professional, pedagogical, and social skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to further qualify as a Skills Trainer and Simulation Expert, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Passion for implementing innovative educational concepts that promote student engagement and success
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and team-oriented personality, with a strong sense of accountability and dedication
