Project Manager for Building Automation and Technical Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our technical projects in building automation and technical systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of medium to large-scale projects in the field of building automation and technical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Project management for building automation and technical systems projects, from the creation of the performance schedule to project execution, monitoring, and handover to the customer.
- Responsible for risk management in terms of economic results.
- Leadership of project teams and guidance of subcontractors.
- Design and specification of equipment, control systems, and system components.
- Negotiation and technical clarification with customers and suppliers.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field; alternatively, a vocational training as an electrician or building technologist.
- Several years of experience in the field of building automation and technical systems, with a focus on project management, project planning, and project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of programming languages for DDC / SPS control systems.
- Customer and service orientation.
- Valid driver's license and regional travel readiness in the Munich area.
