About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team at Rolls-Royce Electrical. As an Integrated Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality schedules integrated into a Master Schedule to meet the project/business plan using analysis and scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage schedules integrated into a Master Schedule to meet the project/business plan using analysis and scenarios.
- Collaborate with project managers to create schedules that encompass all WBS elements using various planning techniques.
- Facilitate planning to identify integration points, incorporating risk and treatment plans.
- Communicate IMS status and performance to stakeholders and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Lead schedule and cost integration activities to provide status and performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Work with Integrated Master Schedules, Costs, and earned value management methodologies, with strong experience in scheduling.
- Use OPC as the main tool; experience with P6 (old version of OPC) is also acceptable.
- Lead large projects with accountability for Quality, Time, Cost, and Performance.
- Manage all stages of a project lifecycle and deliver one or more of these stages.
- Demonstrate strong people and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
- Lead and train all levels in Project/Programme Management competences.
- Travel frequently to various locations; flexibility is essential.
- Communicate fluently in English; German is a plus.
