Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Industrial Automation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer projects in the field of manufacturing equipment or lines, leading international project teams, and coordinating internal and external interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer projects in the field of manufacturing equipment or lines
  • Lead international project teams and coordinate all internal (development, procurement, production planning, assembly, commissioning, and service) and external interfaces
  • Ensure the contract- and specification-compliant implementation of task and obligation lists, taking into account internal guidelines and successful project completion and handover to service
  • Identify potential deviations in terms of time, cost, and quality at an early stage and implement controlled changes
  • Participate in the active shaping of our project management processes

Requirements

  • Completed technical studies or completed vocational training with further education
  • And corresponding professional experience or comparable qualification
  • Several years of project management experience in the automotive industry, preferably in special machine or plant construction
  • First experiences with ramp-up phases are an advantage
  • Experience in leading international and interdisciplinary project teams
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Systematic thinking and working combined with a high degree of flexibility and problem-solving competence
  • Communicative and motivating personality
  • High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
  • Fluent English skills in speech and writing, as well as a high level of worldwide travel readiness
