Job Title: Sales Manager German Market

Fujian ManewAIoT Lighting Co, a leading industrial player in the field of lighting, LED, and fixtures, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to develop its European Business, specifically the German market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the lighting industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze top professional lighting companies in Germany and develop target customers
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to develop target customers and meet sales targets
  • Meet with potential target customers, build long-lasting relationships, and discuss customers' evolving needs to extend sales reach
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Communicate with the international sales team and provide regular sales reports and analysis
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong sales planning and market knowledge
  • Experience in the lighting industry, particularly in B-to-B sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
