Precision Mechanic

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Machinist / CNC Machinist (m/w/x) to join our team at equal personal GmbH & Co. KG Winnenden. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machines and production lines.

Your Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: You will be responsible for operating modern 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production targets.
• Quality Control: You will be responsible for inspecting and testing produced parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Documentation: You will be responsible for documenting your work progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintenance and Cleaning: You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the machines and production area are in good working order.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: You should have a completed apprenticeship as a Zerspanungsmechaniker or a similar qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: You should have experience with CNC machines, including programming and operation. You should also have knowledge of machine coordinates and be able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Soft Skills: You should be able to work independently and safely, with good communication and teamwork skills.
