About Us

Trans-o-flex is a forward-thinking logistics company specializing in the transportation and storage of high-value and sensitive goods. Our core competence lies in express delivery, as well as logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, consumer electronics, and other high-value industries. We provide both package and pallet delivery services nationally and internationally, covering the entire logistics chain from active temperature control to hazardous materials transport, time-sensitive shipments, direct deliveries, and warehousing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control pickups
  • Oversee and manage drivers (operative instructions)
  • Collect and manage cash on delivery
  • Tour preparation, tour support, and tour control
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Provide customer service via phone
  • Perform various administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • A completed commercial vocational training, preferably in logistics
  • Previous experience in a comparable position is an asset
  • Experience in transportation and logistics management is desirable
  • High level of reliability, teamwork, willingness to take on tasks, and stress tolerance
  • Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented, and structured work approach
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
