Global Market Performance Management Vans Specialist

Job Summary

The Global Market Performance Management Vans team is responsible for driving the effective and sustainable development and growth of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) portfolio, and hence Sales globally. We spearhead new revenue generation and capitalize on untapped markets, new products and business models, putting the best customer experience at the center of our decision-making process to catalyze loyalty and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Market Managers in their tasks with markets and Market & Sales performance steering
  • Monthly Sales Reporting in close coordination with stakeholders from neighboring departments
  • Responsibility of maintenance and advancement of global quarterly Sales program overview
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in strategic initiatives that have a high impact on Sales performance
  • Proactively prepare regular and ad-hoc tasks to provide information to the management about recent developments to enable decision-making

Requirements

  • You are a student of Bachelor/Master in Economics/Marketing/Management/Finance or comparable field of study
  • You are passionate about what you do and have excellent English skills
  • You have advanced skills in MS Office applications, especially in preparing meaningful analysis and presentations for management level
  • You are a team player and engaged with a high level of integrity and interpersonal skills
  • You are self-driven and motivated for working in an international environment
  • Ideally, you are experienced in financial services, automotive, or similar
