About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our SAP HCM development team in Austria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions for our Human Capital Management (HCM) product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions for HCM using ABAP programming language
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to SAP standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Work closely with QA team to ensure seamless integration and testing of developed solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in ABAP
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and requirements
  • Excellent programming skills in ABAP, with experience in developing complex software solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse teams
  • Fluency in German and English languages
