Your Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the comprehensive delivery of a significant banking transformation initiative across Germany and Switzerland. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with essential partners and internal teams. Strategic Planning: Formulate detailed project plans and guarantee successful execution within defined scope and budget. Risk Assessment: Recognize and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless delivery. Communication: Deliver consistent updates to stakeholders and senior management throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Control: Ensure all outputs adhere to quality benchmarks and compliance standards. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill project objectives. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 50% within Germany and Switzerland.Possible working locations include: Munich, Walldorf, Berlin, or remote within Germany.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related discipline. Experience: At least 8 years in project management, particularly in IT transformation within the banking or financial services sector.Skills:Proven leadership and organizational capabilities.Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in project management software.Familiarity with banking management or related fields is advantageous.Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong Excel proficiency.
