About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Windows 11 Administrator to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, performance, and stability of our extensive fleet of Windows devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Windows 11 operating systems, ensuring they are up to date with the latest OS levels.
  • Manage BIOS and driver updates through WUfB, focusing on security, performance, and stability.
  • Test new hardware for OS compatibility and participate in innovative DevOps projects through Agile Release Trains (ART).

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Windows Operating Systems, particularly Windows 11.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIOS and driver updates for major hardware brands.
  • Proven expertise in device management using Intune and advanced proficiency with Windows Update for Business.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware provisioning through Intune Autopilot and strong skills in DevOps and Agile Release Trains (ART).
