Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Controller (m/f/d) Contract Logistics to join our team in Großbeeren near Berlin. As a key member of our operational business area, you will be responsible for creating reports, statistics, and analyses of our key productivity figures. Your expertise will contribute to successful quality management, and you will work closely with our Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our reporting processes, analyzing and evaluating reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare the contract logistics budget and forecasts, ensuring compliance with budget and forecast values.
  • Determine KPIs, conduct target/actual analyses, and prepare variance analysis to inform recommendations for action.
  • Control our Kronos/SAP time management for internal and external employees and the procurement of temporary workers.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and KPIs, review incoming invoices, and monitor cost trends.
  • Evaluate and invoice services provided.
  • Manage holiday and resource planning for our staff.
Requirements
  • A degree in finance/controlling or a comparable field.
  • Relevant experience in controlling, preferably in a logistics company.
  • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented and proactive work style, and excellent self-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High level of analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent MS Office 365 skills.
  • Basic knowledge of structured databases and experience with the Tableau tool.
