About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Manhattan Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients from various industries, including retail distribution, luxury, industrial, eCommerce, automotive, pharmaceutical, and more.

In this role, you will be responsible for guaranteeing client satisfaction and ensuring the smooth functioning of our solutions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, analyze and resolve functional issues, and provide issue resolution using supply chain technologies.

To achieve these goals, you will be trained and supported by our experienced Support team in the Netherlands. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent through business experience">
  • Fluent (spoken and written) in English & German; another European language would be a plus">
  • Flexibility to work at customer locations up to 20%, sometimes for prolonged engagements within the EMEA region">

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
