Job Description

ODDO BHF is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst IT Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements related to our capital market systems in our private wealth management sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of applying their knowledge to implement procedural improvements, regulatory innovations, and new product requirements in the trading environment. You will also have knowledge of booking and settlement of trading products, such as equities, bonds, and options, as well as their regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical and conceptual thinking skillset who can create well-founded requirements from rough headings and ideas from the specialist area. You should be able to quickly gain an overview of the system landscape and localise business processes within it. Knowledge of current IT trends and best practices is a must.

Additionally, we require strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Fluency in English and German is essential, with knowledge of French being a benefit.

This is a strategic role that requires a high level of autonomy and independence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our IT systems and shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements related to our capital market systems

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in business analysis
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Fluency in English and German
