The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive to drive new logo sales for the Financial Markets vertical covering Northern Europe. As a key member of our sales infrastructure, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with senior-level stakeholders, and delivering an annual revenue target through new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new logo sales across Financial Services TAM in Northern Europe.
  • Deliver an annual revenue target through new business.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including identification of client solutions, relationship management, product demonstrations/workshops, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop relationships with decision-influencing senior executives within prospect organizations.
  • Experience in identifying, managing, and developing new name logos.
  • A track record including significant sales of technology-based solutions to clients in the Financial Markets sector.
  • Solutions-driven with a proven record of achieving/exceeding annual quota targets.
  • High level of gravitas, with experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Highly competent in delivering product presentations, managing client workshops, and creating use cases.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to develop solutions that meet the needs.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in closing complex, 6-figure+ SaaS deals within the Financial Services sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally across multiple companies.
  • Deep understanding of trade processing or capital markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM, sales methodologies, and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience managing RFP/RFI processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in a player/coach model.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Experience selling to large asset managers, hedge funds, and investment banks.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in German and English (business-professional/native level) is required to effectively communicate with clients.
