Job Description

As a key member of our team SE, you will play a vital role in supporting the entire team Gruppe organization. With a strong focus on personnel and payroll management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax and social security regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel and time management data.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel-related documents.
  • Provide analytical support for HR reporting and data analysis, serving as a key point of contact for employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant education or training in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personnel and payroll management, with a strong understanding of labor law and social security regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent German language skills.
