Job Title: Solutions Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in software projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with management and engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements analysis, capture, and decomposition for software projects, including customer engagement and workshops.
- Manage compliance with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to project planning and provide input on systems engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with management and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Prepare and present system proposals to customers and offer technical support for sales and marketing activities.
- Assess design, development, and integration work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in systems engineering and software techniques relevant to the company's operations.
- Promote and implement quality engineering practices within the department and support systems engineering process improvement initiatives.
- Train, coach, and mentor less-experienced department members to support their professional growth.
- Travel domestically or internationally as needed to fulfill project requirements.
Requirements:
Proficient in both German and English. Proven ability to provide technical expertise in software projects. Knowledge of software development best practices, with the capability to apply standards and procedures effectively.
