**About the Role**

Optimus Search is seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Architect to spearhead our software development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, working closely with a product owner, and driving the development of innovative software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product owner to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain software solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Immerse yourself in client interactions to gain a deep understanding of their changing needs and requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience as a Lead Software Developer or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of the.NET environment and web technologies.
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent desired.
  • German speaking (C1 standard).
