About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Teamcenter Application Support Engineer. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customer base, solution partners, and internal professional services teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, typically working with Teamcenter system administrators to resolve support cases via communication channels like Microsoft Teams, telephone, and email.
  • Under low supervision, you will analyze customer problems thoroughly and provide detailed problem examples to development teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of support cases.
  • You will offer technical assistance and guidance to team members encountering complex customer issues in your area of expertise.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Collaborative and communicative mentality, as well as analytical thinking, are highly valued traits.
  • Able to work effectively in a team with multiple nationalities and cultures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Very good English language skills (both written and oral).
  • Additional European language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.
