We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at the Kinderhaus Regenbogenvilla, a seven-group childcare facility in Garching.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified professional to work in our kindergarten department, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3-6 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Bettering the well-being and development of children through play-based learning and activities
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies for support
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to provide a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in early childhood education, pedagogy, or a related field
