You'll provide excellent customer service to our clients by email and over the phone, reporting directly to our Brand Director. You'll work in a growing international team surrounded by exceptional, caring, and passionate individuals who thrive in our diversity.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Offering advice to our customers before and after the trip
- Providing a unique sales experience by phone and email
- Negotiating services and prices with local service providers
- Presenting our travel products on our website
- Coordinating reservations with our flight department and local service providers
- Developing new products for China Tours
You'll bring along:
- Passion for being in contact with our clients
- Great communication skills in English, German, and Chinese
- Passion for China and travel experience in the country
- Understanding of how to sell a travel product
- A positive attitude and ability to remain calm under stress
