Energy Transition Specialist

We're a pioneering start-up in the energy transition space, dedicated to making battery storage safe, reliable, and sustainable. Our innovative technology harnesses the power of old car batteries to create revolutionary stationary battery storage systems.
Role OverviewWe're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Founder's Associate. In this role, you'll work closely with our founders to communicate our vision internally and externally. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our managing directors and founders with a range of tasks, such as preparations for meetings, communication, research, and organization of events.
- Creating engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey our message.
- Assisting founders in strategic and operational tasks, freeing their capacity for critical decisions.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- In-progress studies in a technology-related field, such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, with exposure to business administration, management, communication, or psychology.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, as well as great data visualization skills.
- Understanding of technical terms and ideas, with a focus on detailed and in-depth work.
- Experience working in a start-up and/or consulting in operations or administration is beneficial.
- Excellent German language skills and fluency in Business English.
