About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Wingcopter GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming goods, picking and packing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out incoming goods inspections and documentation
  • Pick and pack materials and components
  • Ensure quality-assuring packaging of Wingcopter products
  • Ensure timely delivery of Wingcopter products
  • Carry out inventory control and documentation
  • Perform general activities in logistics and production
  • Ensure order and cleanliness in logistics areas
  • Check processing steps and monitor safety regulations
Requirements
  • Completed training as a warehouse specialist, logistics worker, or similar qualification
  • Experience in SAP Hana is a plus
  • Initial experience in warehouse operations is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management and logistics
  • Valid forklift license (preferred but not required)
  • Physical resilience and reliability
  • Good German skills, English is a plus
  • Valid work permit in Germany
  • Team player with independent and structured work approach
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management software and MS Office
  • Careful and responsible working style
