Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Service Technician to join our team at Robur Wind. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbines, including general mechanical activities, fault analysis, and component replacement.
- Conduct thorough inspections of wind turbines to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair activities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and other team members.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of training as an industrial mechanic or equivalent.
- Experience in wind energy, particularly with Bard wind turbines.
- SCC/VCA certificate or GWO training desirable.
- Crane driver's license and driver's license for cherry pickers desirable.
- Proficiency in German language required.
- Class B driving license.
- Ability to work at heights and willingness to travel.
- Team orientation, commitment, and willingness to work.
