Join Aviation Industry Personnel SERVICES GmbH as a skilled Toolmaker/ Werkzeugmacher to contribute to the production of high-quality components for the aerospace industry.

• Operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
• Assemble small components and assemblies, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
• Work on complex prototype and production components, as well as tooling and fixtures.
• Inspect machined parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot issues during machining and assembly processes.
• Assist in material selection and maintain accurate records of machining, welding, cutting, and assembly activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues.

• Education as a toolmaker, fitter, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Toolmaking and Machining.
• Experience in the aerospace industry or prototype environment beneficial.
• CNC machining experience (Mazatrol SmoothX) a plus.
• Ability to work from complex documentation and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English language required; German language beneficial.
