Übernahme der Verantwortung für ein erfolgreiches Filialteam

Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die sich in die Rolle des Key Holder / Erstkraft einfügen kann und aktiv zur Steigerung des Umsatzes der Filiale beiträgt. Dies geschieht durch die Planung und Steuerung des Stores, die Warenpräsentation und die Steuerung der Verkaufsstandards. Als Vorbild für das Team wird aktiv mitverkauft und die Einhaltung der Verkaufsstandards gesorgt. Außerdem werden verkaufsfördernde Aktivitäten umgesetzt und die Filialabläufe optimiert. Die Personaleinsatzplanung wird unter wirtschaftlichen Aspekten erstellt und die Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und mit dem Store Manager ist reibungslos. Zusätzlich ist die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter und die Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen für die Weiterentwicklung der Filiale eine wichtige Aufgabe.

Einige Schlüsselaufgaben
• Gestaltung der Warenpräsentation und Umsetzung von Visual Merchandising-Konzepten
• Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung des Stores
• Aktives Verkaufen und Einhaltung der Verkaufsstandards
• Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Aktivitäten und Optimierung der Filialabläufe
• Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung unter wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
• Reibungslose Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und mit dem Store Manager
• Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen für die Weiterentwicklung der Filiale
