Our team is looking for a highly motivated and organized Werkstudent to support our daily operations. Your tasks will include:

• Planning and organization of team events, meetings, and workshops
• Communication and interface management between different departments
• Support with location management, orders, office equipment, and security issues
• Support with visa matters (visa applications, invite letters, and government inquiries)
• Support with various personnel tasks and projects
• Administrative tasks such as mail handling and document management
