About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that installation packages for worldwide projects meet the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate installation packages to ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks during installation and commissioning.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures for installation and commissioning.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in installation, commissioning, and quality assurance, preferably in the hydropower industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
