Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Projektmanager für unser Team im Bereich Service Engineering. Als Teil unseres Unternehmens Siemens Mobility GmbH, einem führenden Anbieter im Bereich Mobilität, werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer Serviceprojekte spielen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung von Projektzielen aus der Kundenspezifikation bzw. den Vertragsunterlagen ab und setzen diese erfolgsorientiert um.
  • Erstellung der Instandhaltungs- und Ersatzteilstrategie, Kostenkalkulation und Ressourcenplanung sowie die Zusammenstellung von Ersatzteilpaketen für Angebote bzw. Projektabwicklungen.
  • Optimierung kontinuierlicher Konzepte und Strategien für die Serviceprojekte, um ein wettbewerbsfähiges und profitables Kostenniveau für die Instandhaltungskosten sicherzustellen.
  • Verantwortung für die Serviceability Aspekte bei der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung unserer Schienenfahrzeuge und Leitung der Erstellung eines Service Lastenheftes.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Fahrzeugkonstruktion zur Definition und Koordination der Umsetzung der Service Anforderungen bis zur Freigabe des Pflichtenheftes und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Lieferanten.
  • Fachliche Führung eines Teams von technischen Experten.
Voraussetzungen
  • Masterstudium der Fachrichtung Elektro-, Maschinenbau-, Schienenfahrzeugtechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieur.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder Engineering in einer Branche mit Projektgeschäft.
  • Leitung komplexer Projekte unter Anwendung etablierter Methoden des Projektmanagement im z.B. Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Reliability, Availability, Maintainability und Life Cycle Costs Analysen.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und interkulturellen Teams.
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Schienenfahrzeuggeschäft.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft.
